- ALIVE Pelvic Floor workshop provides you with an indepth 1 1/2 hour workshop, which includes, nutritional guidance and education regarding your Pelvic Floor, Core and women’s wellness.
- The programme will then lead you into a free facebook group, where we will help to support your ongoing practice of Pelvic floor muscle training, and offering online advice and information regarding your Pelvic Floor.
- In addition we will be offering an ongoing online course (at an additional cost) of Pilates classes (delivered online, via zoom), specifically targeting pelvic floor, which will mobilise and strengthen your whole body in order for it to support your PF.
- The key to the success of this program is the ongoing practice. So, we intend to use the facebook group to help you focus on integrating core and pelvic floor exercise into your everyday life. Helping you to remember to practise the exercises and give you full support to help you to create healthy habits.
