For six of the seven days you will get an express (no longer than 20 minutes long), easy to do workout, bounce free and easy on the knees.  Click the buttons below to download your extensive recipe book.

Within it there is a suggested menu plan for the 7 days, along side a full shopping list.  So, it will be easy, peasy to just buy the food, cook and eat.  All the workouts and recipes have been designed with the Peri to Post Menopausal woman in mind.
