Welcome to the ALIVE Every Womans Guide to a Flat Tummy. I want to inspire you to make some simple nutritional changes that will have a huge effect on your health, wellbeing and appearance. No matter what your particular goals, focusing on your health FIRST will increase you chances of success.
The following videos go through all 10 Steps of the plan explaining scientifically and simply why you need to make these changes.

Cut out any added sugars – cakes, biscuits, sugary drinks, alcohol, sugar in tea and/or coffee.
Drink 8 glasses (2 litres) of water per day. Filtered, not fizzy or flavored.
Cut out all processed foods – anything in a packet, jar or tin. Consume only fresh foods and cook from fresh.
Add 1 pound vegetables and salad to your everyday eating. Does not include potatoes. Limit your fruit intake to just 2 pieces per day.
Eat Protein at every meal.
Switch cereals for protein rich or vegetable based smoothies/juices.
Add good fats to your everyday eating/cooking.
Only eat one portion of carbohydrates per day and then only have a small amount.
Cut out all caffeinated drinks out of your daily consumption.
Monitor and notice your sleeping pattern.
Enjoy process free food that is filling and delicious. Think about what your cave woman ancestors would have eaten.
