Two facebook LIVE fitness classes a week PLUS a huge video library

Community

Our facebook group offers a lovely family feel.  The common interest being ‘of a certain age’ and being able to move freely and feel fitter than ever before.

Nutrition

Along side the fitness Susan offers eating plans which help with Brain, Bone and Heart health of her clients.  The side effect is also weight loss!

Susan offers 3 levels of intensity at each and everyone of her classes, which makes them completely achievable for all

Health Chats

On Tuesday mornings at 9am, Susan delivers (with her smile) a relevant 15 minute talk (via facebook LIVE). Subjects covered include: Improving Sleep, Bone Health, Pelvic Floor Health, Weight loss, tips on Longevity.

  • Aerobics

    This one is called Aerobics for your Mind. An up lifting session hi-low session, which means the moves can be performed with high impact or low impact. 10 minute warm up followed by a 20 minute cardio/heart beat raising session. Ends with a toning session on the floor* and a 5 minute cool down stretch.

  • Our 15 minute weekly health chats are a popular feature. Topics covered are bone health, nutrition for menopausal and beyond, pelvic floor and lots more. All the talks are saved into the library for you to view at your leisure.

  • Resistance Bands

    After a 10 minute warm up the resistance bands offer increased strength and conditioning of the muscles. Exercises are performed using the resistance bands to strengthen and tone the muscles.

  • Inside the library there are a whole selection of 10-20 minute meditations. Perfect for calming the meno nervouse system.

  • HiiT

    Just a 30 minute session which involves 10 minute warm up then short blasts of 30-40 second high intensity blasts of easy to perform exercises, then we slow down in between for 2-1.5 minutes. Really helps to improve your cardiovascular system and creates an after burn which boosts your metabolism.

  • Pilates and mindful movement is at the heart of the Friday sessions. This one is called Mindful Pilates, other sessions are Pilates for Boobs and Bum! and Pilates for cinching the waist!
